Welcome to Cosmo ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cosmo Discord bot and this website (together, the "Service"). By registering a profile, using any command, or purchasing Cosmo Premium, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 14 years old to create a Cosmo profile or use the Service, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using Cosmo, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Cosmo is a Discord bot that helps users find teammates and gaming partners across Discord servers. The Service includes profile creation, search/matching, likes, reports, and an optional paid tier ("Cosmo Premium") offering additional features such as search priority, a profile badge, custom embed color, and the ability to link supported platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Steam) in your bio.
When using Cosmo, you agree not to:
Violations may result in a warning, a temporary quarantine of your profile, or a permanent ban from the Service, at our discretion.
Cosmo Premium is an optional, paid subscription offering additional features for a fixed number of days, purchased through our payment provider, Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases, meaning Paddle is the seller and is responsible for processing your payment, applicable taxes, and related customer support for billing matters.
Premium access is granted automatically to the Discord account you were logged in with at the time of purchase, shortly after payment confirmation. Premium does not renew automatically — each purchase grants a fixed number of days.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the Service itself.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular match or outcome will result from its use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmo and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
